At SIN Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new frames aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your eyewear in its original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
